Troy Rhodes is the Housing Program Coordinator at The First 72+. After serving 16 years in prison, Troy's passion for Re-entry work comes as a direct response to combat mass incarceration in the State of Louisiana. Since background opposition has been a hurdle for returning citizens to obtain housing, Troy plans are to build relationships with Landlords and Real Estate agencies, in New Orleans Metro, to create pathways to permanent housing for individuals returning home from incarceration. Troy is very grateful for this opportunity and super optimistic moving forward.
