Sophie Reiss

Sophie joined The First 72+ team as an Avodah Service Corps member after graduating from Emory University in 2025, where she studied history and creative writing. Sophie was drawn to The First 72+’s client-centered approach to social change. At The First 72+, she works on the public benefits clinic, social media, technology classes, and other client-facing projects. She is grateful to be working with such a joyful and determined team.

Outside of work, Sophie can be found tossing a frisbee, getting involved in local theater, or exploring the city by bike.
